The Social Swami is my first attempt at creating a diverse and robust sphere where ideas and opinions about important social issues can be aired and shared. I have been conceptualising this for years now and I have finally found the courage and the drive to put myself through the rigour of constant writing, hopefully of some intelligent value. I am also putting together a team of writers, some permanant and some occasional to address various issues so that this truly becomes a platform through which multiple perspectives through which a spectrum of social opinions can be aired. This blog will grow and evolve with its readers, so please be patient and keep the feedback coming, so that this can grow to suit your reading needs.
The first posts will focus on the idea of Identity, its formation and how it manifests in today’s society. Two articles will be put up, first by myself and secondly by another permanent contributer,Reena Devi. Please support us and keep the feedback coming.
